Generally, better quality hats are made of pure cotton, and advertising hats are made of polyester.

We provide organic cotton and recycled polyester (RPET), some of which are OEKO-TEX or GRS certified, which need to be confirmed according to the order

The logo crafts that our hat factory can currently produce include embroidery, three-dimensional embroidery, 3D embroidery, gold and silver thread embroidery, computer embroidery, three-dimensional embroidery, printing, 3D printing, digital printing, letterpress printing, screen printing, offset printing, lamination, heat transfer, sublimation, etc.

Pantone color numbers are supported, but dark fabrics or natural fibers (such as linen) may have color differences

The standard MOQ is 500 pieces/style, small batches (50-100 pieces) can be accepted, and the unit price will increase by 15%-30%

For 50-500 hats, we need 15-18 working days; for 500-3000 hats, we need 20-25 working days; for 5000-10000 hats, we need 25-28 working days; for more than 10000 hats, please contact us and we will give appropriate discounts based on the complexity of the process.

Delivery in batches is supported. Payment process: 30% deposit (order) → 70% balance (before shipment)
